Can I use the portal for retail customers too, not just B2B?
Yes, the portal works in hybrid mode: regular visitors see retail prices, while authenticated B2B customers see their wholesale prices. You can also hide the store completely from unauthenticated visitors if preferred.
Do my B2B customers need to create an account?
Yes, each client company fills in a business registration form (CUI, company details). You approve the account and assign the correct price group. The process is simple and takes under 5 minutes for the client.
Does it integrate with my ERP or invoicing software?
The Silver package includes integration with SmartBill and Oblio — the most used invoicing software in Romania. For ERPs (Saga, WinMentor, etc.) we discuss custom solutions in the Gold package.
How long until I can launch?
The Bronze package is delivered in 3-4 weeks. Duration also depends on how many products and price groups you have — the more there are, the longer proper configuration takes.
What happens after launch — is there maintenance?
We offer monthly maintenance packages (300-600 EUR/month) which include WordPress, WooCommerce, and B2BKing updates, plus priority support. Recommended for stores with high order volumes.
